The cleaning company needed a system for short-term rental owners and internal teams to manage cleaning jobs, scheduling, staff workflows, and operational visibility. The product also needed a path toward future PMS integrations without overbuilding too early.

Build

Built a platform for cleaning job management, auto-scheduling, and internal operations. The product is being tested and refined internally before any public rollout.

Result

The platform is complete and used internally. It shows service operations, scheduling products, internal tools, B2B SaaS-style systems, and founder-led product execution.
