Build
Built an internal business intelligence and operational data platform. Different employee roles enter the data they own, while owners and stakeholders use dashboards to review performance and make decisions.
Outcome
The dashboard is in production and daily internal use. Staff enter the operational data they own, and owners and stakeholders review performance from the dashboards instead of chasing scattered files and manual summaries.
