Problem

A new drive-through coffee venture needed a software platform before launch: backend, staff portal, admin operations, and customer-facing mobile apps. The system had to support order flow, operational clarity, and a fundraise-ready product story.

Build

Built the end-to-end system: backend services, staff portal, admin tooling, and cross-platform React Native customer apps. Core development is complete, with current work focused on UI/UX polish and testing.

Result

The platform is core-complete and moving through polish/testing. It shows full-stack product ownership, mobile app delivery, backend architecture, staff tooling, and QSR/drive-through operations.
