Situation

The company needed a cleaner way to manage cleaning jobs, staff assignments, schedules, and operational follow-through for short-term rental work.

Build

I built a focused operations platform for job management, auto-scheduling, staff workflows, and management visibility, leaving room for future PMS integrations without overbuilding the first version.

Result

The platform is complete and used internally while the business tests and refines the workflow before opening it more widely.

Key decisions

  • Separated the current internal workflow from future PMS integration concerns.
  • Kept scheduling logic central so job flow remains understandable to operators.
  • Designed around staff execution and management visibility, not only admin CRUD.
  • Used internal rollout as a controlled feedback loop before broader launch.
