How it works
Situation
A new drive-through coffee venture needed the software foundation before launch: backend services, staff workflows, admin tooling, and customer-facing mobile apps.
Build
I built the core platform end to end, including cross-platform React Native apps, backend workflows, staff-facing web tools, and admin surfaces for operations and configuration.
Result
The core product is complete and currently moving through UI/UX polish and testing before production launch.
Key decisions
- Built customer, staff, and admin surfaces around one operational flow instead of disconnected apps.
- Kept the architecture practical for a venture preparing to raise and launch.
- Prioritized launch readiness, testing, and UX polish after the core workflow was complete.
